Go and report the case to the police agency online via http://www.guruswizard.com , they would make sure they hack such a person's acct.

Go Back To the Police And Tell Them They Need to Do Something thats a Threat Police Can Not Refuse to Do Anything About Threats Police Can Get IP Address Of the Person Who Sent you A Threat and They Will be Able to Track Em Down And Arrest Them Give them The Name of the Person Who Sent you the Threat information and if you Still Have the Messages have a Record of It and Show the Police the Messages
