Don't use ANY apps that claim to do anything like that one. Read:

If you don't want your account hacked, don't use any apps at all. Facebook does not support apps that invade people's privacy.

It technically works, but all it actually does is shows who comments/likes things on your profile (status etc) the most often. It doesn't show who views your profile or anything.
