My friend created a group, everyone can change the settings. Now we want to change the display picture of the group. But we aren't able to figure it out. Any suggestions how to do that?

just click on that group picture,,,
Then it will ask for options to upload a new picture....

just goto facebook group admin a/c then click on edit group after that you will see change image on top of image click their and done......
