My iPhone 4 has the Instagram app and I tried signing up for a new account. It says that "I have created/registered too many users on here." I had to create a new one because 2 of my other ones got hacked. I've tried the support and emailing. I found out my password and email were changed. I need to find another way to sign up/register for a new account.

You should try making a new email just for that Instagram and don't use it for anything else only if you sign up for other sites that send you a lot of stuff. Hope this helps
