I am willing to pay money for promotions and effective ads. I'm hoping some of you would recommend something that you've used or tried to I can know it works.
Virool doesn't work for me.

What you could do it pay popular pages on Facebook. This is good because:
- You can reach an audience in the same genre as your youtube content
- you can reach a large audience
- Prices are generally negotiable and could be cheap
- You have a large range of Facebook Pages!
You could also ask famous people on YouTube
