Serious Porn addiction help? - Beverly Hills Cop - 03-24-2014 10:52 AM I just stayed up all night looking at porn. I feel like I'm going to throw up and fall over. I'm terribly addicted. It's to the point where I'm making social media accounts and creating a guy and a girl and having them flirt together. I'm so messed up. I'm a 15 year old guy. What can I do? I feel so sick. Physically and mentally. At first when I stop I feel bad. Then later I do it again. There's no way to stop - Fly! You Fools! - 03-24-2014 10:56 AM How about take a break from the internet? Hang out with your family. Go out. Watch a movie. Go to your friend's place. Go skateboarding. Read a good book. Call a friend. Go to gym. Or if you can't get off the internet, try doing something constructive instead of watching Po*n. Learn how to do something you've always wanted to do. Read facts. Read interesting stories, or write stories and post them on fanfiction, listen to music, Start a blog about your thoughts. Or also try studying for school, I find that helps me take my mind of things I don't want to think about. I'm 16. It sounds as if you feel a bit lonely. Do you like any girl? Why not try and meet a girl. Don't tell her about this addiction or the social media account thing. It'll creep her out. But why not just talk to a real girl. And experience real feelings. Like love. You'll find it feels much better than lust. Goodluck. I pray you succeed. - Barry - 03-24-2014 11:03 AM If you just want to reduce the amount of time spent, set a sensible limit, and use an alarm, or reminder in your PDA, or cell/mobile phone.
