He thinks its ok and he knows I get jealous but he says he not doing anything more than that so he gets mad at my jealous and does it anyways like my feelings don't matter . Idk if I'm just being overly jealous or not

If it hurts you and he knows it, then what he is doing is wrong. He absolutely does not need to comment on women's pictures saying "good morning". You told him that it hurts your feelings and he continues to do it anyway. To me, that is a total sign of disrespect for you. Do you really want to stick around with a guy like that?
