When I go to the page there is nothing that says remove this page or anything. How do I remove them from my pages?

Roll over profile, edit, and the edit your music. If it is a group then you go to the group page, go to the group page and click remove.

First get to the Page you don't want to be a Fan of. Once you're on that Page's home page, scroll all the way to the bottom. You'll see a couple of links. Click the link that says "Remove me from Fans." After you click it, you won't be a Fan and that icon won't show on your profile anymore.
