Is there a way to report some sick people on facebook blocking does'nt work can i ask facebook to view this and or take action this in violation of the law im not putting what they said because ill be in violation of yahoo terms of service help ????

Yeah there should be a little 'flag' somewhere where you can flag their post for review by Facebook
