I have several pages in several social medias for my business. But the no, of fans are really low. So, How can I get more real social fans? Please advise.

If you want real Facebook page fans, You must share some useful content with images for the users.
Users like to read new information on web, If they find good they will like share and like your page too.
Add more members to your friends list, join on related groups and like the pages of others, ask them for like your page too.
