I have an old Facebook account that was disabled for sending too many friend requests, and I am unable to log into it to delete it myself. How do I delete it?
Well I'm trying to add my email that was associated with that old account, but it won't let me.
I CAN'T LOG IN BECAUSE FACEBOOK DELETED MY ACCOUNT!
I'm trying to take the email from that old account and add it to my new account.

You cannot delete it because Facebook already permanently deleted your account.

You do not need to delete your account from Facebook because it has already been deleted by Facebook.

First you need to regain access to your account so go to this page http://www.facebook.com/help/contact_us.php?id=260749603972907 this is where you filled out some information to regain your account, facebook can take hours to reply.
Then once you are able to login it becomes easy to deactivate your account. Go to this link https://www.facebook.com/deactivate.php and deactivate your account.
There is no other way to deactivate an account besides logging in.

you can only deactivate FB not delete it....once you are in , finished you are ON
Only possible way is deactivation...thats it
