K, there's a guy Ive been crushing on for quite a while but i never had the guts to add him on Facebook. he used to have all his posts public. then last week he changed it to friends of friends so I could still look at it. and just now he changed it to all private... I'm paranoid that he can see that I look at his page a lot?

There is no way for anyone to know who is visiting their Facebook page, thank goodness! Otherwise, a lot of people would be found guilty of Facebook stalking!

There's some apps that allow you to check who visit the page often, who likes / comments most etc. etc.
Not sure if they are working as intended but nobody complains it being fake so I supposed they are real.

It is not possible to see who is really visiting your profile. there are some application on facebook to view your viewer, but all the application are fake mostly.
