Besides many of those "purchased followers" might quit your account anyway (you can't force them to stay with you.)

Yes it is legal to buy fake followers on twitter. It can be very usefull as well. I have found that even if I get fake followers on twitter it boost my ratings and qualifies me for other better things. I thought it to be a joke and did not see how it could help, but I tried it and it has really helped. I hope that this site can be of great use for you and really help you out!!
