If your Nokia is running Android 2.2 or later. Or if it's running windows phone 8 or later.
Other than those two, you're out of luck.

You can't have instagram application on nokia 5233. Because the developer has not developed it for any symbian platform.
But if you are still interested, then you can download a similar application named "MOLOME".
It has nearly same features as instagram.
