Is there any way to get the actual instagram app? i have two versions now of watered down instagram on my new phone. they are called instagrahm and instance. hate it! but beggers cannot be choosers. is there any way to jail break this phone to be able to get actual app? any advice and tips would be greatly appreciated.

I'm afraid not.
However, a new app that released this week, 6tag, is the best third party Instagram app available on Windows Phone.
Most importantly, you get the original Instagram filters and support for Instagram Video.

There is no Instagram (official) on any Windows Phone.
There is no jailbreak for Windows Phones either & even if there was one there would be no way to get Instagram.
There was another one that came out recently called 6tag I think. Try that. Also there was a report that Facebook (they own Instagram in case you didn't know) may be accelerating the development of an Instagram app for Windows Phone.
