Colleges or your eventual employee can search for you anywhere my employer has a disguised account and they added me or followed me but not all are that radical

Yes they can see it. But only if you sign a paper allowing them to do a background check. I don't know of many colleges that will do this, but almost all employers will, and will usually check back quite a few years.

Like a tattoo, if you have to cover it up for the interview, you might as well not get it.
This applies to instagram and Facebook photos and comments, as well.
