To deleting twitter account follow below steps.
>Log in your twitter account.
>Click Account setting and then click Deactivate my account.
> Read the account deactivation information. Click Okay, fine, deactivate account.
> And finely type your password and verify you want to deactivate your account.
> And after deactivate twitter account do not log in that account 30 days that account will automatically deleted.
