Everyone on twitter is saying that they got the new twitter but I thought that it dosen"t come out till next month. So can some one plzz tell me how do i get the new twitter?

automatically. Just wait.
Twitter is not providing new twitter to all users at once. It will soon crawl your account
and update to new twitter.
