i am already going to do craigslist, lead boxes, website on search engines, email newsletters and facebook ads. what else can i do? thanks

you can give the training to clients through skype as well as google hangouts.

Do you do the training at their home or a fitness center?
I think offering training at offices (large office buildings that have various companies or one large company) is getting popular. You can offer a package price for a few weeks or per month.
And offer 2 classes for price of one for a special offer but I wouldn't offer one Free and hope they'll do another - but instead value your time and offer 1/2 off the second one or something.
