I dunno what it is so i just clicked on it.
What does it mean and what does it do?
oh and can you unflag something?

It tells the web site that the content is breaking the rules of the site. You should NOT click on it unless you mean it.

Depends on the site wether or not you can unflag it. Flagging something that is not breaking the rules can get you in trouble on some sites.
