When I change my Facebook notifications (by removing the check marks in the boxes) does that mean that I will not get anymore e-mails? I do not want to receive emails from Facebook but I do want to be notified on the Facebook page, so by removing the checks am I preventing email notifications and notifications on Facebook? Or am I just preventing email notifications, which is what I want!?

You've done it right
You wont get emails sent to you, but you will be notified on Facebook.

That Means you Will Only Not Receive Any More Emails From Facebook About Notifcations Notifcations on the Facebook Site Will Still be Recorded
