there used to be but it got reported and now there is not

There are still some methods that violate Facebook's TOS, but the majority of "hits" that you get are from bots from fake facebook profiles.
Just type "fake profiles" on Facebook's search and you'll see how many bots are out there.

Facebook doesn't allow people to track who views their profiles or contents. Third party applications are also are unable to track anybody.
