Facebook Notification on my Itouch keeps telling me "So-And-So has commented on your photo". If I click on the highlighted block, it will go away but re-appear later on during the day, but nothing has changed. Wha da heck???

What you could do is to turn off the notification setting for your facebook apps. I have my iTouch and got pissed off in getting notifications from facebook. All you can do is simply go to Settings>>Facebook>>Push Notifications and then turn off the notification buttons in there..
