' Awsome' - it's an incredibly mis-used word. It's OK to use it to describe major events or objects like Halley's Comet, a tsunami or total solar eclipse but shouldn't be employed to describe much lesser things.

Reminds me of a joke:
New teacher to class: There are two words I don't want to see in your written work. One is "gross" and the other is "awesome". Any questions?
Kid: Yes Miss. What are the words?

YOLO - especially when said by my teenage daughter.

"Like"

It seems that teenage girls can't go without uttering the word "Like" into almost every sentence.

- Sheila - 03-24-2014 12:34 PM

Absolutely, used incessantly by celebs when "yes" would suffice.

Mysoginist.

Most commonly used in the Australian parliament as a way to smear the opposition by someone who is practically the very definition of the word in the female form, if we had one.

Mate, as we are so close to NZ and they come by planeloads, it is sickening to hear them all go--Awesome at everything.
Kiwis and the word Awesome and in that horrible accent--ee---urrrsummm!
mate, back in the day I was a Kiwi, but cant stand the accent and get a total case of the utter shi8s when I hear them all going--eee-uurrrsummm.

Bigot, when you don't agree with someone that's the word they use to argue back!
