Will i be signed out of the twitter apps if i update or restore my iphone?
I dont want to lose my twitter account and if it signs me out when i update or restore id be very sad because i do not have my login information for my twitter account anymore.

First of all, I suggest that you do a backup for your Iphone on a regular basis, that way, whenever something bad happens, you could restore your phone from backup. Especially before restoring it.
now to answer your question, updating your iphone will not sign you out of your twitter account.
however restoring it may cause you to lose your account information, and you might have to enter your account name and password again, it all depends on the restore your are doing.
so lets say you want to restore it to its factory settings, then for sure everything will be lost. but if you want to restore from a previous back up that contains your twitter informations, then you won't lose your account.
Additionally:
when you go to settings on your iphone and scroll down, you will find twitter, click on it and it will tell you the account you are using, No password, just the account name. I'm telling you that hoping that this will help you remember something about your account, and mybe you will remember your password.
