I don't think it works that way. You can either block your page, or you can't.

If you post a status, than press the lock icon called friends and networks, and than add your "Stalkers" Or maybe add them to a group, you can also just give that group less privileges. Same with items you post on your wall, not sure about what others post.

go to ur privacy options on the screen somewhere. you can choose who u want to see and those for not to see.

on your status bar when u typing a status, there's a lock symbol. click on it and choose customize.

choose those peoples which u don't want them to see your status.

Unfortunately you can't block certain friends from certain things on Facebook unless you block a lot of other things too. You can unfriend them? Or just not be so personally invested in your statuses that you are considering them too personal to be viewed by all your facebook friends... and instead post things you are comfortable with anyone seeing? thats really the name of the game, unless you want to be very selective with your privacy settings and whom you friend. honestly? its never worth it to post personal things online because even if you think its private, virtually anyone could still see it through a variety of ways.
