I am the admin of a facebook fan page with 1,000,000+ fans and have gotten several inquiries as to whether i want to sell it.
Is this safe? what are my risks? what would someone pay for this page if i decided to sell it?

*i made this page for no good reason one day and have never posted on it. its getting spammed like crazy and i dont really want it anymore.

They could ruin the page and make the fans angry.

they just want to use it for advertising
selling a facebook page is against the rules, and facebook can detect this, and they will then delete the page
