so there is this guy that i dont have any periods with but we talk on facebook all the time and see each other at school but he has a girlfriend and he knows i like him what do i do?

You don't.
Guys are attracted to girls based on (1) whether or not they like her looks and (2) whether or not she is friendly and encourages them by smiling.
He has a girlfriend.
Stay away.
Because even if you COULD "win" him, all you would be winning would be a guy who leaves YOU for another girl somewhere down the road.
You do not need that heartache and that heartbreak.
If he has a girlfriend, he is off-limits ... and if he doesn't respect his girlfriend or if he isn't honorable then YOU don't want him either.
