When i am on the facebook app on my iPhone 4 and when i go to chat on facebook it won't load the chat and the people who are on chat and then it freezes and then crashes.

Maybe you have too many applications, pictures, music etc. on your phone? Try restarting your phone and see if it works, If it doesn't then try deleting the app and downloading it again. If then none of those options work, its probably your phone or the Facebook App.
