sites like facebook, twitter and etc, can someone give me as many as you can think of and same as offline, flyers and etc mostly free stuff please or very inexpensive.

Try the following FREE places:
- Classified ads like Oodle, Kijiji, Craigslist, and Backpage.
- Free Local listings in Google, Yahoo, and MSN.com.
- Social media sites other than the ones named include MySpace, StumbleUpon, LinkedIn, MeetUp, and Ning.
- Place your flyers in local grocers, beauty salons, laundrymats where
there are bulletin boards for community notices.

Well, depending in what your site is oriented to, there are tons of advertising you can do for free, traffic exchange, list building, more social sites (got a new one still under construction named sqip, see sources) viral traffic generators, free advertising ad boards, follower generating tools on twitter, I list a good sample of each on sources, I hope this info will be useful.
