we have formed a pop/rock band but we are all willing to be noticed and become celebrities we have our things done everything is perfect so please is their any way so we can get to become celebrities

if you're doing it to become celebrities, you're not going to make it. you have to have drive and passion and have to be able to persevere. you need a manager, booking agent, and rehearse, and write as much as you possibly can. you have to be willing to pour blood, sweat and tears into your work.
you have to be willing to persevere after you get told no, because you will get told no. you have to realize it will NOT happen over night and for most people who are considered celebrities, they have put in AT LEAST 10 years of working before they were considered to be "celebrities". and also, as shallow as it sounds, you have to be someone that people can actually market.
there is a possibility that you very well could be celebrities. but you have to be or at least strive to be there best out there or else you will not survive. and i don't mean to scare you with any of this, but that is the truth, harsh or not, it's the reality of the business. and if you're only doing this because you want to be famous, you won't become famous.
make sure you love what you do. and make sure you're in a band because you love music and remember to utilize social media, because of how central that is becoming to the industry.
