About twenty minutes ago, I purchased an Ad but it wasn't processed, I guess. I also couldn't delete my card number, and even so, I don't like Facebook either way so I deleted my account. My questions are
1) I will no longer be charged for ads, right?
2) How will I know when it's deleted, (my account and the pages associated with it)? Will I get an e-mail within 14 days confirming that it has just been deleted?

you will not get an email confirming that it has been deleted
and you will probably still get charged for the ads - try calling your bank and work out the details with them
