When ever I use my phone even if I'm not on the app it says I'm on?? And when I don't use my phone at all it says I'm off???

Have you opened Market to see if all your apps are updated

Facebook had an update I think it was last week

You may not have the check auto checked and you may have to open the Facebook app in market place
