I made my privacy open to everyone on my facebook account, even to ppl who didn't add me. But when i made a fake account today, i found out that when they find me, all they can see is my name and sex. I want everyone to see my info, so that they can find out that it's me, and add me. When i find someone that i haven't added, their info, pics, wall is open to me, even though i didn't add them. How do you achieve this?

Yes. The Facebook privacy settings work a little differently for young people. Like adults, people under 18 can appear in search results on Facebook. Also, applications that they and their friends use and people who navigate to their profile will see their basic information (name, profile picture, gender and networks).
You could try changing your date of birth and just hide the year but i think its a safety thing on Facebook. Im not sure what else it could be if you have made it appear to everyone :/
