I have an instagram accound on my Ipod touch, but it doesn't have a camera. I don't have an Iphone. So can i text photos from my phone (that doesnt have internet) to instagram?

You can put your photos clicked from any other device or any camera into your computer and then you can send your photos to your iPod using the following methods-
1. Sync your photos using iTunes
2. E-mail your photos to yourself and download those pics from your iPod
3. Sharing your photos on fb or any other website and downloading from iPod, but this may reduce the quality of your original pic.
Now you have your photos on your iPod so you can upload them to instagram using your iPod itself.
