Don't know and it is not important. More interesting question is whether they will continue to rise when trading on the secondary market or not? Most IPOs end with falling stock price.

A lot of studies have showed that IPO under perform their peers during the first years.
Furthermore Face book is big but is acting in a very competitive sector where trends change extremely rapidly. (do you remember my space?)

Jesus. I'm not a stock underwriter nor is anyone else on Yahoo Answers. And the share price means absolutely nothing - they can sell a a hundred million shares at $50 or ten billion shares at 50 cents and that would be the same thing. Supposedly there will be an IPO in 2012. If you want to dump your money down the toilet with the rest of the shmucks, go right ahead. Facebook is bound to be overpriced and frankly, their business model could go away overnight. Remember MySpace? Regarding overpriced IPOs do you remember Vonage? All their followers bought stock that was worth nothing because their business model could be easily copied. Same thing with Facebook.
