Even the conservative author of "stand your ground" is saying the law should be changed......? - Lois Griffin - 03-24-2014 11:26 AM

clearly, we saw first hand the consequences of this law with George Zimmerman, who came very close to getting away with it and, how long it took to arrest him and he may not even go to trial.

he killed an innocent unarmed teenager who just happened to be black and wearing a hood....
conservatives insist "We don't know all the details" -- oh please, you can clearly see Zimmerman acted irresponsibly here.

Shouldn't the law be changed?

The " stand your ground " law has no relevance to the fact that Trayvon was shot while he was in the process of assaulting Zimmerman during which Trayvon inflicted numerous open bloody wounds on the back of Zimmerman's head + inflicted additional bruises on Zimmerman's face including apparently breaking Zimmerman's nose

- Kim - 03-24-2014 11:47 AM

"he killed an innocent unarmed teenager"

You mean the thug that showed off gold teeth and gang tats on twitter?

You really should put all the details in you post since you know them for us folks waiting to find out and us folks that are assuming a person is innocent until proven guilty which by the way is the American way. So no.

stand your ground should be changed, why? because victims should simply get slaughtered rather than defend their life?

you don't know the whole story about zimmerman. if trevon was such a tragedy, how come no one is talking about the three black teenagers murdered just two days ago in chicago?
