i think i had one 10 years ago i was flying it felt good, i stumbled around facebook and i saw a trivia that's why i remembered. i can control which detection to go, i want to feel it again. please don't laugh.
btw, i don't think i'm dreaming for a long time or i'm just forgetting please help
nijaz: i can't seem to remember any of my dreams
lara: i can't stand doing nothing even when going to sleep, it gives me a hard time that's why i always stay up late to sleep easier.

Think more about dreams before sleep. Write or record them when you wake up. Just focus on that, remembering, thinking about it.

I am not sure but I believe you lie on your back and ignore everything, if you are itchy ignore it just don't move and within about 10-30 minutes it will start. As I said I'm not sure if it will work
