If you are talking about the most used Facebook applications, they would be games like Farmville, Happy Aquarium, Yoville, those are the top 3 used apps on facebook.

Tetris Friends and Battle. I barely use applications.

Most people used "Super Wall" application since it allows them to do a lot of things (e.g. posting photos and comments).
