I was on deviantART and my facebook picture and name showed up in an add on the top of the screen o.o
how does it know who I am??????

Since the ad is sponsored by facebook, it is connected to the site. It probably knows that you are logged in and recognizes the IP address, therefore your facebook shows up.
Hahahah that must have been really creepy when you saw that!
