Do you think creating a facebook page will help with my channel? - Shadow Knight. Final Fantasy Genesis - 03-24-2014 11:30 AM

So recently not long I already started with my youtube channel in which deals with pc gaming, AMV( Anime Music Videos) involving basely on dubstep/electronic music, nightcore( started a while too), and a bit of pc gaming trolling. Most of the time my games involve around Blacklight Retribution but you can recommend me some pc games that don't involve pay to win like Combat Arms for instance. I share my videos on a couple of sites but I'm willing to create a facebook page to help with my channel. Any thoughts on this? Will it help gain subscribers not to say I'm an attention whore. Thanks

In case here's my youtube channel:

no it wont cuz if you cant get big on youtube you cant get big on fb. example, kyr speedy has 5 million subscribers and has about 100 000 fb likes.

Not really. Once you get more recognized then you can make an fb page by doing so it will be easier for people to search for you However there's no need to at the moment.

I love amv's i also make some of my own. http://www.youtube.com/user/yoshiremixx

nope. no-one would search for you on fb firsthand as they wouldn't know you exist. majority of the new subscribers and viewers come from redirects from youtube under "recommended videos". FB pages are to keep EXISTING subscribers informed. Unless you are very famous in which case your fb may aid your quest for glory.
Also. F2P games dont normally generate much views or subs. Mostly because they are region centered as in, available in some areas only.
Take my channel for example, only those who know of Blackshot know of it. and definitely not a big portion of the players know of me either.
