I'm just making a group and its getting a considerable amount of people.
SO.. I'm wondering if there's some way I can put payed advertisers advertisements on it.
like Google or something.

No, this option is not possible for groups because FB adds work differently. You pay for an add that will be showed up for people for certain regions.
