My twitter account has just come back from suspension and is acting weird. Before I was suspended I had like 2k followers but now I only have 23 what's happened? will my followers come back? All my followers are real and I didn't buy them

The number of followers it says is false. You still have all your followers since you were suspended, it just takes time before Twitter fully restores the follower count.
