When you open Facebook in the mobile app go to account settig and choose "Sync to phone"

Please install Facebook application on ur handset if not installed.
Then go to phone setting > Accounts > Facebook > Synchronize > Highlight / Tick to contact syncronization > Synchronize now
All ur contact will b copied to handset along with mail ID.
