Why are most facebook pages hosted this way:

While for example, Imogen Heap and The Jonas Brothers have their own directory:
http://www.facebook.com/imogenheap
http://www.facebook.com/JonasBrothers
Why? And if theres a way to get that,... how? Thanks!
