I saw my Instagram today and all my photos have been deleted , first of all how? :|
Second I'am now following all these random people and went I click the following button to unfollow it to turn from green to blue to say 'follow' it just automatically jumps back to following
What on earth is happening?

It could be a spam attack. Try changing the username, it will prevent them.
