sorry ,but you only can view a vidoes from her or his timeline if you added onto their friends lists to able work. maybe you can check on youtube and maybe you can find that same vidoe on there and can able download the same one easy way. sometime on Youtube does have some same videos what people had post on their facebook . wall. tty/

Facebook Does Not Allow you To Download Videos They Do Not Have That Option So Its Not Possible Sorry
