I have a picture of myself in my photos on my iPod, but on my yahoo profile on the safari app on my iPod, it won't let me upload a photo from my photos. The Facebook option is only there.
I DONT WANT TO UPLOAD MY PHOTO TO FACEBOOK THEN TO YAHOO

No, you can't upload from an iPod, it can only be done on a computer.
However, what you could do is connect your iPod to a computer with a USB and transfer the photo you want over, and then upload that on the computer.
