I can tell you that 95% of free product advertisement online is a lie and just want you in their email list so they can either sell it to other people which overall you will get bunch of spam messages. I suggest you read some comments on that facebook page and see what others gotta say also if you see the same comments about this facebook page is being real then it's fake. Best of luck.
