Do people know if we check their facebook pages? - so zup? - 10-15-2012 08:05 PM

I was checking out my friend's friend page and I wonder if she knows it. I hope not lol

No, that's not possible.

no. There are however applications that say that they allow you to see whos looked at your profile allthough they do not actually work.

There's absolutely no way for people to keep track of who's viewed their profile. And any applications on Facebook that say you can see who views your profile don't work. If anything, they're probably set up to gain access to your personal information. Most of them just redirect you to spam sites that make you take surveys and sign up for offers that probably won't even "unlock" the page you're trying to view. So basically, it's like false advertising. Nothing but a scam.

So you got nothing to worry about. You can view peoples' profiles as much as you want, as long as they don't know you do because some people think it's creepy if you look through their profiles and photos and whatnot.

But hey, why would they have all that information on their profiles if they didn't want you looking at it anyway? If they don't want you looking through their photos or notes, then what's the use of having you added up as a friend? If they don't want you looking at that stuff, they should just remove you as a friend and resort to inboxing you if they want to talk. But hey, I'm simply saying they don't have any solid reasons to get mad at you for looking through their profiles and seeing all their information. And the only way anybody would know is if they saw your computer screen or if you told them. And they might get the hint if you comment on one of their photos or notes (the hint being, that you're looking through their profiles). But either way... well, you know what I said lol. They have no reason to get mad at you for looking at their profiles.

Facebook doesn't allow people to track who views their profiles or contents. Facebook applications, on the other hand, are unable to track anybody unless they have the consent of the viewer.
